Can I save these fishing poles?

My father was about 8 fishing rods left in a storage shed for a hurricane. They were soaked in salt water (also a bit of motor oil spilled in the shed) for about 4 days. He says he will scrap all that I really wanted to know if they are bad or just be cleaned? They have rolls, but I'm sure the need to be replaced.

I'm sure it can be saved. It depends on how badly they were damaged. Let me start by cleaning the well with warm water and dish detergent. And look what you have. Definitely not! of salt you get from the pet store salt is different from the beaches and sea water could be contaminated and the way to salty. I also recommend using a space thats AKA ich treatment in liquid form instead of aquarium salt, because they can not always work but thats for you .. Anyway DONT use water from the beach!

What the name of the poem that inspired Schubert to write this quintet?

Here is the story behind the composition of the "Trout" Quintet: In the spring of 1819 Schubert was offered a commission by an amateur cellist by name of Sylvester Paumgartner. This rich music lover a quintet that is specified for an unusual combination of instruments: piano, violin, viola, cello and under string (this is because of another Viennese composer, Hummel had written a quintet of employing these instruments several years ago and really enjoyed this piece Paumgartner). The second condition was that the new quintet include a movement theme and variations based on a lied (song) that Schubert had heard and Paumgartner, apparently, he added: "Die Forelle" ( "The Trout"), which Schubert had written in 1817. Living on the edge of poverty and very grateful for this commission, Schubert went right to work, and completed the work a few months later. It was premiered at a private gathering of chamber music, with reports Paumgartner, make a "brave attempt" to make the cello part. Therefore, it was not the case that a poem inspired Schubert to write this quintet – rather, the title is derives from the origins of its fourth movement, the melody of the lied "Die Forelle" by Schubert that he had previously written.
